Steven brings a high energy and creative element to Societe Hospitality and has more than15 yrs experience with high volume nightclubs and supper clubs in Boston, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Steven has operated and promoted some of the most popular venues in the country including 20/20 The Nightclub, Tatou Supper club, Radio live, The lounge, Barfly, China Club, Fenix at the Argyle, Prey Nightclub and the Gate.
Most recently Steven was Director of Operations at the Rainbow Bar and Grill where he was hired in Las Vegas to restructure, license and brand both Rainbow and the Whisky GO GO nationwide.
Moving more to the creative side of the business, Steven got involved in consulting and concept development with companies including Boxing Champions Hall of Fame and American Geisha Lounge. During this time Steven developed a reputation as a troubleshooter turning venues around for independent owners and companies who had gone through numerous operations, management and marketing challenges. He has worked with venues grossing anywhere from 9 to 30 million dollars a year including Plush Nightclub and Lounge for the Key Club Organization and Panevino Ristorante for the Marnell Group.
Steven has designed operational and procedure training manuals for restaurants and nightclub and has worked closely with human resources, helping create employee guidelines and handbooks. Steven has produced promotions with top DJs and promoters from all over the country and produced major live events including Battle of the Bands with Sony Records and enlisted renowned acts such as Foreigner, Korn, Black-Eyes Peas, Papa Roach, Journey, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, and Jeff Beck.
Steven has created large corporate events with companies including BMG, Capital records, Paramount studios, Sketchers and the Florida Democratic Convention.
